Provided vendor agrees to:
Register with Promoter prior to Hill Climb
Supply Promoter with Customer Mailing List – if
available
Display all Posters sent to Vendor by the Promoter
Agree to supply a prize for “Running of the Hill”
Agree to purchase General Admission tickets to the
events
Agree NOT to sell Popcorn, Ice Cream, Alcohol, Event
t-shirts or hats
Violation of above stipulations could result in
immediate removal from the event
